Adventure Awaits on Vinyl: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Soundtrack is Up for Pre-Order!

Get ready to bring the sounds of Hyrule into your living room! Nintendo has just teamed up with the amazing folks at Laced Records to release the sweeping, dynamic soundtrack for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on vinyl. If you’ve ever wanted to hear those gentle piano notes from the overworld or the tension of a Guardian battle on a beautiful record, now’s your chance.

This announcement is a huge deal, as it marks one of the first major Nintendo game soundtracks to get a vinyl release outside of Japan!

Two Epic Ways to Collect the Music

You can pre-order your favorite collection now, with an expected release date of June 19, 2026.

1. The Premium 8-LP Box Set

This is the collector’s dream! The massive 8-LP Box Set includes an incredible 130 tracks from the game. All the music has been newly remastered specifically for the vinyl format. What’s cool is that the discs are organized by themes that follow the game’s progression—from exploring the world and discovering Shrines to freeing the Divine Beasts.

  • Limited Edition: Features stunning blue and gold splatter effect discs, housed in a rigid dual slipcase.
  • Standard Edition: Available on classic black vinyl.

2. The Collectible Double LP

For a focused listening experience, the Double-LP set features 34 select tracks, perfect for capturing the essence of the Great Calamity. This set includes fan-favourites like “Overworld (Day),” “Great Fairy Fountain,” and the unforgettable music from “Hyrule Castle.”

  • Limited Edition: Features gorgeous blue-and-white marbled heavyweight discs.
  • Standard Edition: Available on classic black vinyl.

Where to Pre-Order (Don’t Miss the Limited Editions!)

The limited-edition colored vinyl versions are available today directly from Laced Records and the My Nintendo Store. If you’re near a physical location, you can also grab them at Nintendo NEW YORK and Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO—but remember, these limited editions are only available while supplies last! The standard black vinyl versions will be available at various retailers later.

The composers—Manaka Kataoka, Yasuaki Iwata, Hajime Wakai, and Soshi Abe—created a truly unique soundscape for BOTW, mixing gentle, exploratory piano with intense orchestral scores. Now, you can appreciate their work in an entirely new way.

I love The Legend of Zelda and Nintendo! When I’m not writing, I’m watching paranormal shows, enjoying Disney movies, or spending time with my little one—preferably with sushi, elotes, or tamales! 🌽🍣🎥
